Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at oralix.pk@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.
