Shipping Policy

At Oralix, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujrat, and more.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities: 2–3 business days
• Other areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,199.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through our courier partner's website.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at oralix.pk@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue promptly.
